According to a friend klinkr works fine on Linux since AIR is no longer in beta. Give it another try using the latest Adobe AIR runtime.

Looks like you can only supply a password on Windows. I'm trying to get this to work on Linux and I see no way to supply a password. NetBeans was looking really nice, but if I can't even check out a project using Subversion then I guess I'll get back to my old IDE.

There are quite a bit of known issues for AIR on Linux and AIR for Linux is still in beta. We'll see if we can fix klinkr on Linux though.
