Playlists that Compare Last.fm Charts with Local Music Library

I am someone who is constantly on the move and listen to music at home, the office, in the car and on a Zune music player. I am always looking for new music and have a pretty generic ear for music. I noticed there was a plugin for Foobar2000 that allowed you to right click a song in your library, it would then look for music that was reported as similar on Last.fm and compare that to what you had in your local music library and make a playlist for you. Just an idea that I liked.
