This feature has been replaced in Outlook 2007 with a diagnostic fuction, in case you can't find it.

I too and at my wits end trying to get syncing with Outlook 2007 to work.....Strangely, ever once in a while it kind of works....my calendar will update...or my conacts will dissappear off the iPhone, never to be replaced....I cannot believe that this isn't being resolved. The other thing that concerns me is that I called Apple for support twice and neither Genius was aware of the problem and thought that they could fix it. to no avail...in fact, the last one said he would get a fix and call me back in a few hours...that was 5 days ago. I like the iPhone but without this working, it is just a toy.
