Hi Doug - thank you very much for your thoughtful and thorough feedback. Very much appreciated.
The Azigo RemindMe plug-in needs to be loaded in the browser to support the overlay capability. We have been working with SIMBL technology for this as it enables the loading of the RemindMe plug-in after the browser's start-up (similar to IE). The WebKit or Carbon libraries would not support the RemindMe plug-in needs in this manner (must be bound to MIME type).

Hi Douglas - Unlike Firefox, the Safari browser does not support a plug-in architecture. As such, in order to support a RemindMe plugin, we would need to use some kind of class-loader hack such as SIMBL [1] or APE [2]. While this is technically feasible, we are concerned that use of these third-party components would present a source of customer frustration (strong potential for bugs and support challenges) for those that use the Azigo Reminder Service. Our aim for Azigo is to provide a service that is robust and easy for non-technicial users. We wish that Apple would support a plug-in architecture in Safari.
In the meantime, we are considering options to either fully support or un-officially support Safari for both traditional information card functionality as well as for Azigo RemindMe. We appreciate your patience in this matter, and will provide you further updates.

Hi Doug - In order to help, just have a few clarification questions and suggestions:
1. What Operating System (XP, Vista, OSX) and browser and version are you using?
2. Have you tried to restart your browser and see if the overlay working?
3. What search terms are trying in order to see the AAA icon?
4. Can you open the Azigo Lite application (in your Applications folder) and let us know if you see a AAA card appearing?
Thanks
Brian Walker replied on September 04, 2009 16:24 to the question "Content-type text/xml error?" in Azigo:
Hi Peter - we will look into this issue. Initial feedback is we suspect that this is due to the issuing site supporting SOAP 1.2 and the Azigo icard service only supporting SOAP 1.1. This would likely be the cause of the errors you experienced. We are validating this with some testing and will confirm our findings with you.
We do have a udpate for Azigo icard service to support SOAP 1.2 that we are currently testing and planning for our next Azigo service update in coming weeks.

Yes - unfortunately we only support OSX 10.5. So that would be the reason the installer is crashing.
If you can open Finder and in top address bar on top of screen select Go, then Go To... and type in /tmp. Please look for and send us any fines in this directory that has any "azigo" name on it.
thanks

Thanks Brian - we need to look into why the check for updates did not flag for you. We have a newer version - 2.0.0.35 that has fixes in place for these types of issues. If you would please go to www.azigo.com in your Firefox browser and click "Get Azigo" link and install the new version directly over the older version you have (no need to uninstall).
Once you finish this upgrade - please let us know if you still see the same issue.
Best regards.

Brian Walker replied on July 22, 2009 18:34 to the question "Azigo with certificate backed managed card." in Azigo:
Hi Sanjay - You are correct in your summary of how Azigo works across different computers.
Related to your question about certificats, at this time Azigo supports m-cards that are backed by either username and password, or m-card backed by p-card. Support for backing m-card with other credentials such as x509 certificate or Kerberos are being considered for future releases.
Please let us know if you have any follow on questions.
