Brian Walker replied on July 19, 2009 16:17 to the problem "firefox requires additional plugins" in Azigo:
Hello - thank you for reporting this issue. We have recently found this can be an issue for Mac users depending on how they upgrade to Firefox 3.5. Azigo will continue to work fine if the Firefox upgrade is done by going through the Firefox Help->Check for updates.
If the upgrade is done by other means, then the Azigo extensions are removed during the Firefox upgrade. The only workaround for the moment is to uninstall Azigo (see instructions here: https://service.azigo.com/icm-help/ch...) and re-install. You can re-install Azigo by going to http://www.azigo.com/ and clicking the 'get Azigo' button and following the instructions.
We are investigating a permanent solution to avoid this issue with Firfox 3.5 upgrades on OSX. Apologies in the meantime for any inconvenience.
Regards

Thanks Lucinda for reporting this. Not sure if this is related to above mentioned SOAP 1.2 vs. 1.1 support issue (we are close to having SOAP 1.2 support completed by the way!).
I tried on our end and was able to import the managed DACS card ok, but when trying to sign back in with this card, the selector indicated that I had no cards that matched the requested claims of the log-in site. Will look into this further.
Question - the password for the issued mcard for Bob should be foozle?
thanks!

Hi - thank you for posting this question.
The quick flash of the message "additional plugins required" naturally occurs as a by product of how we have implemented the Azigo solution for Firefox.
Some follow up points for you:
1. Is this the site that you tried to use your i-card to log-in with ?
https://www.azigo.com/beta/tryit.html
2. Does the screen go blank *after* you click the purple-i button and does you selector pop up with an i-card for you to select?
3. Could you try going to this log-in page: https://www.azigo.com/beta/rpdemo.html and let us know if you can log-in with your i-card?
4. If you can capture the Azigo logs and send to us that would be helpful. To do this, all you need to do is open your Azigo application by clicking on the Azigo 'a' on your task bar, and in the upper right portion of the application, select Help->Debug and in the pop up screen click the 'Get Debug Log' button. This will download the azigo log file (Azigo-debug-log.txt) to your desktop. If you could email this log to Azigo support (support-at-azigo-dot-com) that would be useful.
Regards

Brian Walker replied on April 27, 2009 00:52 to the problem "RemindMe search overlay does not work from Google main search page." in Azigo:
This is a known issue that occasionally happens with searches from the main Google search page. We know why this error is occurring and we are actively working to identify a fix.
In the meantime, there are two workarounds that can be utilized:
1. Perform your Google search from the Google tool bar search box that is in the upper right corner of your browser, instead of from the search box that is on the main body of the browser window.
2. Use Yahoo! search.
We will update this post once we identify and deploy a fix for this case.
Thank you for your patience.

Updating Azigo versions on your MacWe have found an issue for those that update Azigo versions on their Mac OSX and are also running Time Machine. Before updating your Azigo version, you would need to temporarily disconnect the Time Machine connection to your external back-up drive. Once the Azigo update is complete, you can re-connect your external back-up drive. We are working on changing the Azigo updater such that you will not need to disconnect your Time Machine connection.
To check for an Azigo version update on your Mac just do the following:
1. Open Finder and navigate to Applications->Azigo and open Azigo Software Update.
2. From the pop-up window, select the "Update Now" button. This will automatically check to see if there is a new version of Azigo to upgrade to. If so - just follow the wizard process, but remember to disconnect your Time Machine connection as mentioned above.
We will update this post once we get this issue fixed.

Apologies for the inconvenience and will update our website about the versions of Firefox currently supported by Azigo (current v3.0x and v2.x).
We will update this post on when we will have v3.1 support.
Best regards.
Brian Walker replied on March 30, 2009 00:32 to the question "Does Azigo work with Noscript on Firefox?" in Azigo:
Azigo works well with Noscript installed, once your Noscript is configured properly. Below are some general points related to your Azigo experience with Noscript:
• If Noscript is installed as a plug-in on your browser and then you install Azigo, you should not experience any issues with the Azigo installation.
• You will also find that Noscript will not interfere with any standard Information Card login transactions.
• To enable RemindMe to work with Noscript, please follow the three steps outlined below:
Step 1 – If you try to use the RemindMe overlay as outlined (http://www.azigo.com/remindme/faq.html) in Firefox with the Noscript add-on installed, you will see the following screen (note yellow Noscript alert bar at bottom):

Step 2 – To enable RemindMe, just click on the Options button on the lower right of your browser in the yellow Noscript alert bar. From the pop up menu, select “Allow kobj.net” as shown in the following screen shot:

Step 3 – Now you can go back to enter a search term in your Google or Yahoo! search box and you should see the RemindMe overlay properly appearing as noted in the below example:
