After you've filled in the bookmark information, are you connected to that bookmark? (That is, are you double clicking that bookmark in the sidebar?)

At the moment, you can't export bookmarks with passwords. It's on the to-do list, though.

In the meantime, you can transfer your bookmark data and hierarchy by copying "com.connectionkit.registry" from ~/Library/Preferences. It won't contain your passwords, though.

To restore those bookmarks to another machine, place the file in the same location (~/Library/Preferences) on that machine.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with Flow. This issue was fixed internally a few days ago, and the next nightly build will contain a fix for it. I'll re-post here when it's available.

You can access your transcript by clicking "Show Connection Transcript" from the "View" menu while Flow is running.
