Yes, this is a known limitation of the "send" feature. See this thread for more discussion; we're working on a solution.

Sorry for my late response — did you ever figure this out? The problem happened a year ago for us, so I don't remember the details, but I believe people started seeing the error when we implemented a certain kind of gzip compression on our pages. – britta, on September 19, 2009 21:25

See this forum thread for a similar question — here's what I said there: "We generally think it's helpful for people to be selective when adding tags to their bookmarks, and 'select all' could encourage people to tag bookmarks with minimal thoughtfulness (which is less useful in the long run), but we can keep this in mind."

We don't support the official Delicious Facebook application anymore — after Facebook made a series of changes to how applications function, it stopped working very well, and we decided to focus our efforts on the main site instead.
You can see the app's Info page for details about alternative ways to put your bookmarks on your Profile.
A comment on the problem "Delicious Addon Messes Up Firefox Awesome Bar" in Delicious:
It's possible that TabMixPlus or another add-on is causing a conflict. Can you try temporarily disabling every add-on except Delicious to see if Delicious by itself still causes the problem? Thanks! – britta, on September 19, 2009 20:23

We've heard this suggestion before from other users, and it's a good idea. We're thinking about it for the future.

I've been thinking about quality too, and my first idea was to limit submissions for each person to 1 per neighborhood per day, or 3 submissions total per day — or something like that, to encourage people to post their best noticings rather than all of them.
Another idea is to build off of Flickr's quiet reward system where you get more "views" for more interesting pictures. Noticings could keep track of clicks too, maybe silently (without displaying counts to users), and give a 5-point bonus for often-clicked pictures.

Are you checking the /tag/ page and RSS feed right away after adding a new bookmark? Occasionally they can take up to a few minutes to update with new items.
As an experiment, I tried looking at your "rnmkr" tag. Those bookmarks show up on /tag/rnmkr and the RSS feed for your tag.
If this issue is still happening, can you give me a specific example of a page that isn't getting updated properly? Thanks!

I'm not sure why your exported timestamps are strange — we could look into that if you like.
But the main answer is that you can change bookmark dates using the API. Basically you use the "posts/add" call and overwrite the existing bookmark but with a modified datestamp. Let me know if you need more detailed instructions.
