Indeed! Thank you :D (why I didn't try that I don't know... thought I tried diff't combinations of everything) – bronius, on October 21, 2009 13:51

add CTRL-Drag to duplicatePlease add keystroke CTRL+drag (ok, that's not entirely just a keystroke) to duplicate selected elements just like in a zillion other drawing utilities.
Loving Balsamiq enough to critique it :D

Duplicate without wiping out clipboardCTRL-D to duplicate: Good. The fact that it wipes clipboard in the process: Bad. Can you make Duplicate be non-destructive to clipboard data?

I'm disappointed in the angst of the users above: QIK is an awesome service. It looks foolish to strong-arm this free, cool service. If you don't like something, call it a feature request, not a bug..
Jane @ QIK: I have to admit, I'm really disappointed in your replies-- they quite wholly miss the point. My original inquiry is "how can I show a single movie without any other streams linked from" when I so choose? If it's a feature request, ok, great: let's have a flashParams pair something like "linkothermovies=false" option...
Everyone else, chill out a bit.. QIK rocks. This feature will make it even more rockin'.

peep the original responder's reply.. it completely missed the point of my original question, but I think in QIK/support's mind, because this thread has slipped off the radar, it is considered resolved. I'd recommend you copy and paste my orig question into a new forum post, and tack on some add'l info that makes it vanilla-plain that you know what you're talking about. Then, come back here and link to it-- I'll click "I have that question, too". – photoblogger, on September 19, 2008 02:11

I'm sure that is all well and good, if you want all your public videos to show as thumbnail teasers. However, I am interesting in posting only the select video with no links to my other videos, irrespective of public flag.
This particular issue is that my wife wants to post a single video of mine, but she is not interested in showing thumbs to my other public content. – photoblogger, on September 09, 2008 17:24

embed video without links to other videosHow can I embed my video as stand-alone without thumbnail links to other videos? Are there some flashvar parameters to make this happen?
A comment on the question "Change Qik temp storage from phone storage to storage card?" in Qik:
Ah! So the files do exist (assumed as 3gp or wmv) somewhere? That is good news (and bad news in the case of internal vs external storage). I'll have to poke around a bit to see if I can find mine. Are they clearly visible in the path you posted above using wm6.1's filemanager w/o enabling Hidden/System files? – photoblogger, on July 28, 2008 16:47
A comment on the question "Change Qik temp storage from phone storage to storage card?" in Qik:
ok-- yes, I've looked in there (albeit thru wm6.1 filemanager, not from PC over USB) and saw only lots of txt log files (with amusing messages within). Could it be that the tmp store is used and wiped clean once uploaded? – photoblogger, on July 28, 2008 15:03
