Hard to understand how tweeting video took priority over this. Maybe it's hard to understand why someone would un-favor a tweet, but I suspect many people use the feature to only temporarily bookmark tweets.

Is there some technical hurdle?

It seems the menu bar icon is highlighting blue when new saved search results are detected. Apparently this is not controlled by the New Tweets notification setting. It would be nice if I could control this, since it will inevitably result in the icon always being blue.

Incorporating every single feature request and making them all user options/preferences is exactly what leads to bloated, junky software with no clear vision. If an app that's designed "on purpose" doesn't work for your usage pattern, maybe you need to look at another app.

Yes, please. This would be similar to what flickr allows for photos you submit via email. For example, I have a default set of tags configured, such as "iPhone", "mobile blogging", and "cameraphone." Then I add additional photo-specific tags in my email at the time of upload.

Also, it would be great if Darkslide allowed me to select from my list of tags when uploading, rather than typing them all by hand.
