Hello Claire,

Thank you for sending us your profile. I looked at it and tracked down the problem to the corruption of places.sqlite in your profile folder.
This is what you can do:
- export your bookmarks to a html file (in Flock choose Favorites-Organize Favorites)
- delete that places.sqlite file as well as the bookmarkbackups folder.
- Restart Flock and import your bookmarks from the html file you created

The "application data" in c:\documents and settings\[your user name] is usually hidden. In your Windows explorer, go to Tools/Folder Options and "Show hidden files and folders"

It seems that you database got corrupted and we are sorry about that.
You will have to rename, in your folder, the file flock-data.sqlite to oldFlock-data.sqlite. You can send it to me for verification at http://www.yousendit.com to performance@flock.com.

Looking at your event viewer message, it seems that Flash is crashing. Can you uninstall Adobe Flash and Flock then reinstall Flock?

Try to start Flock in safe mode to see if an extension is causing this performance problem.

Otherwise, you can improve performance by removing some of the feeds you subscribed to (<100). (right-click on feed on Windows, Ctrl Click on Mac)
