I would like to figure out the problem that you are experiencing. Could you send me your profile? It is stored in different places based on what type of computer you use.
Windows 2000 and XP
C:\Documents and Settings\[your login profile name]\Application Data\Flock\Browser\
Windows Vista
C:\Users\Yourloginprofile\AppData\Roaming\Flock\Browser
Mac OS X
The profile folder is in a folder named "Flock," and you'll find it on this path:
(your home folder)>Library>Application Support>Flock
Linux
~/.flock/browser/
Please compress(zip) this folder (after closing Flock) and upload it at http://www.yousendit.com to performance@flock.com

It sounds like your database got corrupted. In your profile directory could you rename flock-data.sqlite to oldflock-data.sqlite, start Flock and relogin to your accounts? Also could you upload it at http://www.yousendit.com to performance@flock.com, so I can confirm it?

Actually there seems to be something wrong with the automatic backup. Here's how to solve the problem.
-Stop Flock
-Delete your "places.sqlite" from your profile
-Find in your profile the directory called bookmarkbackups and rename it oldBookmarkbackups
-Start Flock and go to "Favorites/Organize Favorites". Select "Import and Backup" and choose "Restore" and Choose File from oldBookmarkbackups.
Don't hesitate to ask me any questions.

Ok, I reproduced the problem and there seems to be something wrong with the automatic backup. Here's how to solve the problem.
-Stop Flock
-Delete your "places.sqlite" from your profile
-Find in your profile the directory called bookmarkbackups and rename it oldBookmarkbackups
-Start Flock and go to "Favorites/Organize Favorites". Select "Import and Backup" and choose "Restore" and Choose File from oldBookmarkbackups.

Could you please delete the file "places.sqlite" from your profile (C:\Documents and Settings\[your login profile name]\Application Data\Flock\Browser\Profiles\xxxxxx.default)
Your favorites should be restored for you from the automatic backup and everything should be fine.

I investigated the problem and found out that the favorites database got corrupted.
Please delete the file "places.sqlite" from your profile (C:\Documents and Settings\[your login profile name]\Application Data\Flock\Browser\Profiles\wgxv6nq8.default)
Your favorites will be restored for you from the automatic backup.
