I would love to pick a specific time for the iteration start/end on a given weekday. This would help me with this: http://getsatisfaction.com/pivotal/to...

Percentage done on longer stories?Any way to somehow mark the percentage done for say longer (3 point) stories?
Bruno Miranda asked a question in Pivotal Labs on June 26, 2008 15:02:
Same day demo, retrospective and planningWe have our demo, retrospective and iteration planning on the same day (wednesday). The problem with that is that if we wait to press the accept button until after the demo, those stories become late and part of the new iteration which messes up our velocity.
A couple solutions that came to mind were to be able to set the time which the new iteration starts to a sat 2pm on iteration day that way the demo can be done in the morning and all stories are accepted before the new iteration starts.
Another solution would be to have an accept and demoed button where the accept marks the story as done as far as velocity calculations go.
Another way would be to set the iteration on Tracker to a day after our actual physical meetings but that would bastardize the tool.

Hi Bruno...you can use comments as a running discussion with the story owner, as well as the description field and/or file attachments. For engineering work that isn't really part of implementing a particular feature story, you can create chores (another type of story). The most important thing, in my opinion, is to break your features into small, independent stories, that can be implemented relatively quickly, and not worry too much about how the stories break down into coding tasks.

How to handle Tasks? How do you guys handle the concept of tasks inside a story in Tracker? We would like tasks to be visible and belonging to story in a tree view.
