Hi, Jackie! Currently we only support personal facebook profiles but this is an interesting idea. I suggest you post it as a product idea so we can see how much community support there is for it. Also, to answer your desire not to post a personal facebook profile on ALL of your identities, kindly note that you do not have to share facebook information on all of your identities; you can pick and choose what to share on each one.

Thank you for your eagle eyes, Ton, and for your staunch vigilance! :-) You are correct that we do reserve the rights for poken, the poken logo, and the doyoupoken.com domains. If people abuse them, that is bad for the brand and other resellers in the area so we will take action. In this case, though, the website proprietors have done a good job of representing our brand and they convey accurate information about our products and services. Therefore this site should be good for the entire Spanish market.

I know you're frustrated (and sad) but your points are well taken. In recent weeks we've made major security upgrades, including moving to FaceBook Connect instead of asking usernames/passwords for FaceBook, our most popular network. We have also just updated the site to use HTTPS in its sensitive places. In the meantime the rest of our work has been directed toward enhancing usability, which is by far our area of greatest user critique. We're getting there, slowly but surely!

Double-click the palm to enter discrete mode. A tiny light flashes on the end of the "arm" near the USB connection. If hand is still attached to the body, the light is hidden; remove the body and you can see it. As some members have already pointed out, the light is visible even within the body in low-light conditions.

Jilles is right about many things but ghosting by default is not one of them. :-) There was a problem in February in which many users experienced errors during the signup process. The errors led to accounts created with no identities shared and, when people poken with no identities shared, they inadvertently ghost their poken partners.
Now we have revised the signup process such that users experience many, many fewer errors and, even if they do, their accounts still share an identity so as to avoid the unintentional ghosting behavior. This is why I am interested to know more details about Jeanet's poken behavior.
