hmm, the video is working for me but it wouldn't recognize my internal mic, worked fine with an external mic. What kind of computer are you on? This is my video setting screen shot, right click and choose settings to get this dialog box.

This is a bug that we are addressing, it only shows up in the preview mode while in the editor. once you save and publish this shouldn't happen when you view the published presentation.

Hi, I tried your link and it didn't work. I think it might be the size, we probably need to adjust the timeout on processing. I will have the team take a look. Please send me an updated link so we can test it out. Thanks

we are working on the issue, can you describe in any additional details about the file you were uploading and if you selected editable vs as jpg, how many pages, etc?

Sorry to respond so late. It's pretty easy to do so, but if you have some more time we are pushing new code for publishing and embedding today. I will give you the revised solution this evening. Thanks for trying Empressr
