It's true though, the thing that they really should try to do is make peace with the riders, instead of expecting us to roll over every time they're in a crunch.
I gave the MTA a 8 because despite all the idiocy upstairs, the system works and it usually does come on time... except for when it starts raining... snowing... everything else for that matter.

However, the default load to my gmail is "mobile mode". I hate that I have to reload everything over again just so I can download one picture or some .doc file. Hi Amanda, when Paypal states that claims must be escalated "within 20 days", what exactly does that mean? Do you have to wait a full 20 days, or can you file by the 15th or 16th date from after your first dispute report? I've got a dispute opened, but I have yet to receive any communication from the seller myself and just want to make sure how wide my window is.

Snapfish-- a good bargain for pictures.I ordered a bunch of photos from snapfish for the first time and they came rather quickly. The prices are pretty good considering the prices of local drug stores. Not a bad site at all (though pictures are a bit thin... or are they supposed to be like that)?

Why is it so hard to get help online for Verizon's DSL service?All I wanted was an extra DSL jack to be installed on the other floors of my house, but there is NO ONE online I can relate this inquiry to. The live chat is a joke, there is absolutely no authority there to process any problems, and the "quick support" help is just a robot on the other end taking keywords and emailing you back with "suggested solutions". NOT helpful at all!!
