Is this going to be resolved soon - this is ridiculous! Can't you just manually approve my account?!

Not Receiving Account Verification SMS!
I've been trying to sign up to Loopt today, but I have never received the verification SMS. I've tried sending it about 10 times on my new iPhone 3G, but have never received a single SMS from Loopt. I've received other SMS's from friends, but nothing from here. How else can I set this up and verify my account? Thanks!
