As a result of a May 2, 2008 audit, CitiMortgage sent me a letter stating that I was in arrears to the tune of $108 on my 2007 township property tax. I have spent 3 1/2 hours making eight phone calls to their customer support department trying get this error rectified. On June 30,2008, my township supervisor faxed their Tax Department a letter that lists my correct parcel number and the fact that I owe no taxes for 2007. CitiMortgate states they will resolve this issue on or before August 12, 2008. Is there a way I can get this error corrected prior to that date?
