Joe Wagner replied on March 20, 2009 17:28 to the question "When are you going to support IE?" in GameLayers:
Right now we're solely focused on developing the best game you can play in your Firefox web-browser.
Each platform (OS-wise) raises unique issues we must work around, and we are currently not in a position to expand beyond Firefox.
We appreciate you playing The Nethernet with us on your Mac and hope you can get your mine's worth when you're using the Cadillac of Operating Systems.

A comment on the problem "Toolbar buttons don't do anything when I click them" in GameLayers:
Ubiquity is known to cause conflicts with PMOG 0.5.25. If you can't live without it. PMOG 0.6 will work with Ubiquity and nearly every other Firefox extension available, so you might want to wait for that release, which is scheduled for this month.
We look forward to having you back db0! – Joe Wagner, on January 09, 2009 16:41

Our apologies, as of 19:30, 18 Jul 2008, login through the toolbar has been restored.
There was a misconfiguration in one of our server files that was causing the extension to receive the wrong type of file from the server.
We will work harder in the future to try to prevent this kind of unscheduled downtime from occurring.
We appreciate you and your time as a player.
Yours,
Joe

Hey there,
Our sincerest apologies for the outage. We are currently putting in overtime to figure out what is causing the inability to login via the toolbar.
Please refer to this thread: http://pmog.com/forums/pmog-news/topi...
for the latest information about this downtime. It will be updated as new information presents itself.
We hope to have things back up in running in a few hours, but it may take longer to locate the root of this error.
Yours,
Joe Wagner

Thanks for the update, Tim.
We're still working hard to get everything all ironed out with Firefox 3... there will be a number of more beta releases from Mozilla (including a few RC candidates) and every time they make fixes, we have to also make fixes.
If you happen to find out exactly why, please, let us know. We'll keep looking into it, too.
