I'm sorry you're having trouble.

Try deleting the URL and keyword field and hitting save.

Please note, that once an RSS feed is deleted, the old messages are not deleted. However, they will be pushed down as new messages come in.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to share admin privileges to a group. In the meantime, you might want to create a meta-account to share privileges. Or just ask the admin to make whatever changes are necessary.

I'm sorry to hear about this. We're working on a feature to block users. In the meantime, you may want to make the group private (Group Settings Page). This way you can approve who can join the dialogue.

If you set a group, you can push all the updates in the group to Twitter. Just click on Group Settings on the Group Page, and you can add a Twitter account there.

Unfortunately, right now its not possible to ban a user. This feature could be very useful, and we plan to implement it in the future.

For the time being, you can make the group private so that people will have to request to join.

2. admin can't work alone. at least we can appoint 2-3 other users as group's admin.

We do not allow this functionality at the moment, but we will definitely implement it.

While we work on it, it might make sense to create a meta-level account, and share the account credentials with the admins.
