Get out of T-Mobile! But, first document the agreement or program you signed up for: print a copy of your account detail, contract, etc. Do you pay by credit card? If not, sign up for automatic credit card debits.
After you have a file with all the copied, make a detailed "diary" with dates to document what transpired! AT&T IS better. Make sure you get the date from T-Mobile of the commencement date of your contract. THAN call and cancel and tell them they breached the contract by not providing the service you signed up for.
If they charge you an early termination fee, send a concise protest letter to their special mailing address and contest your credit card charge giving same information. This worked for me.
