How easy is it to add someone to a WorkSpace?

It's very simple to add people. Only administrators or WorkSpace authors can add people to a workspace and set their roles. This can be done in the web manager or the WorkSpace application. Simply enter the email address of the person you want to add and the system will determine if they are a new or an existing member and will send the appropriate email. ConceptShare stores everyone you have ever invited in your 'My Contacts' section of the web manager.

What types of files can you import?

* IMAGES: For images you can upload JPEG, GIF and PNG files.
* PDFs: We also import PDFs however secure PDFs don't work, nor should they ;) You can choose to rasterize the PDFs for better performance or leave as Vector for ultimate quality.
* URLs : Simply enter the URL of a web page and ConceptShare will snatch a screen shot and bring it in as an image for you to start marking up.
* DWG: Bring in your CAD drawings, blueprints etc and start sharing.

ConceptShare works with almost any modern browser with Javascript and cookies enabled and Flash Player 8.2 or better. It works very well with both Mac and PCs. Computers with better processors experience better performance with larger vector data.
