I have a small messenger bag that was given to me by a friend. The bag is in excellent+ condition as he never used it as it was too small, and I have only used it a few times.
The velcro strips are completely clean and look new, but they don't stick very well. I tried the ebay link with the comb but there is no fuzz or lint in it at all.
What should I do?-

Truthfully, it's natural for velcro to wear out over time with normal wear and tear. Hmmm, have you tried to revive your velcro? Check out the link below:
