I've just pushed out an update that should hopefully remedy this issue. Please remove the Twitter Facebook application and add it again, being sure to authorize the application to update your status. Sorry for the hassle, but the application needs some updated information to be able to update your status.

Please allow a few minutes after you post a status (from Twitter, from Facebook, or from elsewhere) for that status to appear on Facebook. Thanks!

Our RSS feeds should show you updates from any source, including the web, SMS, IM, and third-party API clients. Our updates were running a bit behind yesterday, which might account for your issue, but everything should be good presently.
