Hi Matty,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with those darn straps. Did you know that the straps are actually replicas of the old toe clips that used to hold bike shoes in place? Back in the day at le tour, the men wore shoes that had straps, like those on the bag, to hold the shoes in the cages. They were made of leather and moved around a bit.

The straps on the bag, being that they are made of leather, aren't going to catch like those made of webbing or nylon, but it should not be completely slipping out of the catch.

If you are having a huge problem, send us a photo here. If the straps are just slipping little by little, that's a little normal!

If you carry a bag everyday, you should be able to strap that 2way right to the shoulder strap or backpack straps. We don't have a belt or strap that is made specifically to use with the 2way, we simply recommend using your bag..

This IS kinda confusing so pay attention. Regardless of which one you order, you will receive a male/female clip combo.

The difference is in the way the whole contraption attaches to the bottom left of your bag. On the newer bags there is a D ring on the bottom left (or right) that coincides with a "clip" on the cross strap. On the old bags, there is no D ring on the bag, only a piece of strap through which you must "thread" the other part of the strap.

Chances are, you will get one with clips either way since we dont really have two kinds. We just cut the clip off before we send it for the "without clips" version.

um, are you talking about the Vista Loop? HALT the ponies. this is supposta be there. Its a little black piece of webbing 3 inches wide, right? Its a little loop for you to attach your "Safety Flasher" when riding a bike and/or walking!

although it might seem xs, we did not offer the xs with a laptop insert at any moment in time. so the only bag you could have ordered was the small, about a year ago! phew! glad we cleared that up.

...this means it will be essentially the same dimension as the bag itself and the weight is around 3lbs...
