ExpressDigital uses Parature.com for support tickets and OnTime for defect tracking.
I am pretty sure they use email as a delivery mechanism. They just strip out portions of the email and map them to the appropriate fields.

This sounds like it might be a problem with the keychain. You may be able to fix it by going to HDD->Applications->Utilites->KeyChainAccess.app and deleting anything related to photoreflect.com.
The stand alone publisher is very similar to the plugin except; of course, for the fact that it is not directly integrated with Aperture. Despite this difference it may be a suitable solution for you to publish your photos.
To download the stand alone publisher visit www.photoreflect.com and click the "manage your storefront online" link underneath the Photographers section. After you log in click the "Download Photo Publisher or the Aperture Plug-in" link.
Our solutions have always been geared more towards PCs than Macs in the past. We have recently discussed the idea of implementing more robust cross platform solutions in the near future so keep your eyes peeled.
