Good call on checking for virus protection - some people have had issues with popup blockers under IE. I've got it running on IE6 and 7 here, as well as FireFox 3 - feel free to email me if I may be of any help,

Did you download the firefox or IE plugin?
The IE installer is an application, the FireFox plugin is an .xpi that needs to be installed inside FireFox...

It's one shirt per month right now but we're starting to talk to startups about the possibility of 2. So far we've had TechCrunch, Reddit, imeem, Mashable and Opera shirts. Let me know if you need more details =)
