We could add a sort option - can you be specific about which atom feed you mean? The "Atom feed of your future trips" as found on http://www.dopplr.com/account ?

Sorry to be so harsh in my twitter, I know what it's like to work on a service and have people forget you're a real person behind the (free) code. Thanks very much for responding.
So, I had a really extreme example of how bad this can be. I used your app in Geneva, Switzerland, and then two days later in London UK. When I ran photolocatr to geolocate just a couple of pics that I'd taken in the last few hours, it re-wrote the geo data of the most recent 20 or more pictures (including overwriting data for pictures that already had geodata that I placed by hand). Apparently extrapolating linearly according to time, it spread them in a line over the hundreds of miles between London and Geneva.
The three things that would have helped would be:
a) sanity checks on how far picture timestamps are from GPS datapoint timestamps
b) the chance to choose which pictures get geocoded
c) never overwriting the geodata on a picture that already has it.
oh, and a pony of course.

All fixed now. We've put a link that says "If you want, we can forget your Gmail identity." on your Gmail import page at http://www.dopplr.com/account/invitat...

Sorry, we don't yet support GroupDAV or CalDAV. Here are some possibilities:
Apple's iCal publishing works by automatically POSTing a calendar to a URL at dopplr.com every time you make a change - it's a write-only system. I haven't used KOrganizer so I don't know if that's something it can support.
Because we support subscribing to a web calendar, you could consider setting up a Google Calendar and accessing it via their CalDAV support. Then you can subscribe Dopplr to your private calendar URL at Google.

Matt Biddulph replied on August 11, 2008 11:16 to the problem "Problem adding notes via sms" in Dopplr:
The behaviour of our SMS handling changed about a month ago. Instead of using "command-line" style instructions, it's now used for adding trips using natural language.
You can read more about this at http://blog.dopplr.com/2008/07/08/new...
Thanks to your message we've realised there are a few places where we haven't changed the documentation to explain the new behaviour.
If you want to add notes on the go, we'd suggest using our mobile-optimised website at http://m.twitter.com

For everyone who visited this topic over the last few months, I just wanted to note that as of June 12th 2008 we've been importing the full geonames.org dataset into our database, and taking their nightly feed of updates. There's more detail in our blog post at:
http://blog.dopplr.com/2008/06/12/24-...
If there are places you want listed in Dopplr that still aren't available, please let us know.
Thanks for sticking with us while we reached this milestone.
