Good luck. I think you guys are doing a great innovation. – @Tail, on January 12, 2009 07:56
A comment on the idea "CMS or Wiki on Get Satisfaction" in Get Satisfaction:
Frequently Solved Problems sounds almost identical to Frequently Asked Questions. Solved is the other side of asked, and a problem is not really different from a question in the CS context. FAQ is a loosely defined concept anyway.
Plus, asked better represents a consumer than solved, which sounds more like a supplier's word.
And I would be less confused with a name that I know already as a user.
But if you can come up with a good name, I think that's great. But it should be better than FAQ for the users. Maybe add "This is called FAQ elsewhere". – @Tail, on January 12, 2009 05:28

Maybe it could be named as FAQ or Frequently Asked Question rather than Most Popular.
Also, it could be shown as the default, not the recent. For a user who is looking for customer service, "recent" may not mean as much as FAQ. Recent is important for the companies, but they are probably more used to the system anyway.
Just some thoughts. It is a great service. – @Tail, on January 12, 2009 04:37

Good idea, but isn't FAQ already incorporated dynamically, which seems better than a manual FAQ? You can select "most popular" and see frequently asked questions.
However, it makes sense to show when an answer was revised (a wiki-like feature), as well as when the last answer was added which is already shown.-

Search cannot find a product, which I created.I have added Artpoli iPhone App as a product under Innomove Lab. But when I entered Artpoli in the search box, either as a product or a company, it did not find it. Let me know what's going on.

Good news for you. You don't need another bookmarklet. You can do it with the existing Tumblr bookmarklet.
I was like you, exactly. I was using cocomment for recording my own comments. And I experimented this and that, and settled with Tumblr. You can see both Tumblr and Cocomment widgets embedded in my blog at s it. Good luck!
@Tail replied on March 22, 2008 10:03 to the question "Why am I not getting any Google page impressions on my Rankrz account?" in Rankrz:
Hi,
Did you create a URL channel? To track page visits, clicks, etc. you need to create a URL channel. Here is how.
- At your AdSense account, click the AdSense Setup tab.
- Then click Channels.
- Click AdSense for Content.
- Click URL channels.
- If you don't have rankrz.com already, click Add new URL channels and add rankrz.com.
It may take some time before it gets activated. Hope this helps.
