    Songbird rocks!
Songbird rocks! I have installed and used on various computers (some mine and some not) and I just love Songbird. On my personal machine, I love the feather look that I installed that makes it look like an old crumpled paper notebook. I especially like that it can have lots of add-ins to be full featured (if you want) or be completely minimal and sparse (the way I like it). Thankyou!

iPod not detected with Gnome auto mount.
Fedora 11 with Gnome, iPod 4th gen 8GB classic. Songbird doesn't detect iPod unless I manually mount and list the iPod folder. I have an older iPod (1st gen touch???) that works without any problems on another PC but same OS setup. With this laptop and iPod though, the only way Songbird will detect iPod is if I manually mount via fstab/mount command or (as I am doing now) use autofs to mount and then do a `ls` on the mounted location.
If I stick with Gnome's auto volume mount, it mounts it via the filesystem, but Songbird never detects it.
The only reason I am looking for any answers is I am concerned the "eject" feature of Songbird now doesn't work (I suspect because of the weird way I am mounting it) and so I don't know when/if the file buffer has been actually written to the iPod. I am mounting using the `sync` option, so if that is sufficient, then I am fine with it.
