Thanks Bart. I think the sync-by-group feature should be more urgent! Windows mobile seems to be down to about 10% of smartphone users and I'm rapidly falling out of love with it myself! – Cantabrian, on September 08, 2009 08:52-

Select groupps between Window Mobile, Gmail and SoocialI'm using Soocial to sync between Gmail contacts and Outlook. I then have to use Google sync to sync my contacts from Gmail to my Windows Mobile phone.
To restrict the contacts Google downloads to my phone I have to keep them, and only them, in "My Contacts" - which means only they are kept in sync with Soocial. I can't maintain a group (e.g. @Not on Mobile) which remains outside My Contacts on Gmail and yet continues to sync with Soocial.
Would it be possible to specify a number of named groups to sync between Gmail and Soocial (in addition or instead of My Contacts)?
Of course, if it were possible to sync Soocial with Windows mobile this would be a better solution. -
