Hi Rene,
I'm sorry to hear of your experience withe the 365 Spring Water. It may be due to the mineral content of the water, however we would like to look into it further. If you experience this again, you may take the bottle back to your local store. They would be able to give you a refund and begin the investigation process.
Thanks,

Hi Kathleen,
Yes, Whole Foods does have a secret shopper program. Third party secret shoppers evaluate each department in our stores and give their feedback. In addition to the secret shopper program, we are always open to customer comments in person at the store, by phone, or by email.

Carijane replied on February 27, 2009 21:38 to the question "More of Fuel Cells" in Whole Foods Market:
Hello Corey,
Because the costs and applications involved in fuel cell installation vary greatly depending on the facility and its power needs, it may be best to contact the company directly. You may get in touch with Willis McCullough at UTC power with your specific questions. He can be reached at 1-800-727-2200.

Hello,
We do have a store in development in Dublin, CA. As this is still a store in development and there a lot of variables (construction, permits, weather, etc...) I do not have an exact opening date. For store information including upcoming stores, please visit our website at http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/index.php.
Thanks,

Carijane replied on February 27, 2009 18:24 to the question "Where to find recipes for dehydrated soups in the bulk foods section?" in Whole Foods Market:
Hi Benjamin,
We don't have recipes for bulk items on our website because the bulk selection varies so much from store to store. However, the store would be happy to share the recipes and cooking instructions over the phone. For store locations and phone numbers, please visit http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/all/index.php
Thanks,

Carijane replied on February 27, 2009 17:44 to the question "do you sell egg substitutes?" in Whole Foods Market:
Many of our stores do carry egg substitutes. However, selection varies so I would ask your local store what egg alternatives they stock. For a list of store locations, please see http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/all/index.php.

Carijane replied on February 27, 2009 17:34 to the question "Gluten-Free Only Section" in Whole Foods Market:
Hi matchzimmerman!
Each Whole Foods Market store is set up a little bit differently. Some locations do have sections for gluten free products, like gluten free baking mixes for example. Other stores have a section in their bakery of Gluten Free Bake house items. In some stores, the gluten free products are found alongside similar products on the shelves. A Team Member at your local store would be happy to show you their store's gluten free selection.
Thanks,
Carijane
Carijane set one of Carijane's replies as an official response to "Why do you support high fructose corn syrup?" in Whole Foods Market
Carijane replied on February 27, 2009 17:28 to the question "Why do you support high fructose corn syrup?" in Whole Foods Market:
Hello , Chepter. I wanted to share Whole Foods Market's thoughts on high fructose corn syrup. We feel that high fructose corn syrup is safe when consumed in moderation. We do sell some products that have high fructose corn syrup in them, but it is definitely the exception and not the norm. None of our Whole Foods or 365 brand products have high fructose corn syrup.
We realize that there are concerns about high fructose corn syrup and we are always following the latest research. Right now we have not banned it as an ingredient, but we do seek our products and companies that use alternatives.
Thanks,
Carijane
