I had set-up my Slideshare Presentation over 6 months ago and everything was fine till lately. Two weeks ago I discovered that 1/3 of my pictures were converted by Slideshare to documents, thus messing up my presentation. I have attempted several times to reload these pictures into my presentation but Slideshare converts them automatically into documents.

One week ago I sent 2 messages to their Tech Support directly from their Website and also to their e-mail addresses I have on file and my requests for help are still unanswered !!!!!!!!!

My 2 questions are:

1. Why do they not want to help me ???

2. How do I fix this problem ?
