We are not sure what causes this, but the problem seems to occur when upgrading from a previous version. Please un-install, then re-install Spotify. That should solve the problem.

Hi Guys,

After you get this info of 3 devices. exit Spotify, try again to add a playlist available for offline. This usually solves the problem.

2) If you are having problems to install from the Market, you can try the following: In your Android phone, go to Settings > Applications and then check the box called Unknown sources. Then use the phone’s browser and go to m.spotify.com and use the option ‘manual install’.

We have found the problem and it will be solved soon, but until then please uninstall (for mac don't forget to remove the user settings and cache). After the uninstall, just download and install Spotify again.

This is a known bug for mac "ppc" user.
Go here to download the old 0.3.18 that should fix the problem (when we release the 0.3.20 this will also be solved).

This is a long shot but, if you guys sync tracks with the cable plugged in. Does this improve the situation?
