Sign Out link on Get Satisfaction site doesn't do anything when using FastPassNot sure if I already reported this, but I managed to get the SSO to work and everything works super awesome, except one thing. When I log out on our own site I clear out all the user's cookies and log out of get satisfaction using a hidden iframe. This works perfectly fine, the user is logged out of both sites. But when I log out of get satisfaction it doesn't do anything. The user is logged out of neither sites. Preferably I'd just like the Sign out link on Get Satisfaction to point to the logout link on our company's site (since this would do the job). Or is there something I'm not getting? Thanks.

Feedback Widget Problem
Feedback widget doesn't work at all now for first time user sign up. When I get to the login for the first time page I get the correct prompt. I clik the Log In button. Nothing happens for a while. Then I click the button again. And a small message pops up: "An error occurred" I've attach a picture with Firebug ouput and all (see the two posts, the first one works but doesn't do anything, while the second one errors).

Logout FastPassWhen I log out of my company's site (qa.mixamo.com) how do I log out of our community Get Satisfaction (community.mixamo.com) site? I'm using the cookie fast pass method and it shows me as still logged in on our community site even though I deleted the FastPass cookie.

406 Not Acceptable Error in Feedback WidgetI clear all my cookies, log in to our site, the fastpass cookie is set for the user, then I click the Feedback widget, ask a question, click continue and nothing happens. I do notice that a 406 Not Acceptable Error is returned in Firebug from the ajax call. If I now go to our community site. It shows me logged in. Then if I go back to our site and use the feedback widget it works.

FastPass External Login Url + Javascript questionI'm having trouble getting the external login url feature of FastPass working. I start completely logged out from both my company's website (mixamo.com - actually it's something like dev.mixamo.com but it will be on mixamo.com when we go live) and our get satisfaction community site (community.mixamo.com). Then here's what I do:
1. On community.mixamo.com I click the Log in icon.
2. A javascript pop up prompts me to sign in so I click the "Sign In" button (a little repetitive but that's alright)
3. A new browser window pops up without any nav elements. It links to a log in form on mixamo.com. The community.mixamo.com site now says "Waiting for you to login ..."
4. I type in my log in creds for mixamo.com and click login which successfully logs me into mixamo.com and sets up a fastpass cookie for community.mixamo.com. All's well.
5. But now what?
If I close the login form and refresh the page on community.mixamo.com I'm signed into community.mixamo.com. Great! But a user doesn't know to do this. So how do I do this automatically with javascript. Closing the form isn't an option, but when I try to refresh the parent window (window.opener.location.reload()) it gives me a security error.

I'm still having troubles with FastPass. Even passing the fastpass url thru the query string doesn't always work. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Once the URL is generated do I have to use the same one or can it be re-generated on every call? Is there a problem with using all the different methods (cookie vs query string vs javascript)? Can I use letters in the unique id? Please help.
Carl

Thanks for the help on the phone Thor, changing the DOMAIN field to community.mixamo.com worked, but only for the link method. It doesn't seem to work when I set the fastpass cookie. When I look at the HTTP requests, I can see the cookie get destroyed when I navigate to our get satisfaction site. Does the user have to navigate to the get satisfaction from a link on our site with the fastpass in the query string?

How can I get FastPass to workI'm trying to get single sign on to work. I've attempted all the methods: javascript, cookie, and even plain query string link, but it does not seem to do anything. In the simpliest form I click the "Our Support Community" link with the embeded url in the query string that I created on my site and start to ask a question or try to login/signup, but there's only a prompt for username/password. The fastpass url seems to be valid in all cases, but when I actually try it out nothing works. Here are the instructions I'm following: http://getsatisfaction.com/developers... (everything installed fine). I'm trying to test this on my local development machine which I have mapped to carl.mixamo.com (hosts file). Our support site is community.mixamo.com.
