This tool will do it! It bothers me a little that it asks for my password... but oh well. http://bradkellett.com/tweetdumpr/?go
It would work great except that at the moment, my entire twitter archive beyond the first page is inaccessible! I hope the data is not lost...

Tag alteration?Am I able to change a tag in one swoop, without editing each bookmark that has that tag?

Yeah, I thought of that myself and set it up. I guess it should be an option - I doubt someone like @gruber wants to see everytime he's mentioned. Or maybe he does. Who knows? :) I still think this would be a great feature for Twitter proper, but I'll live with tracking for now.
FWIW, `track @username` removes the @ so you end up tracking `username`. This isn't bad for someone like me (@jxpx777) but it could be problematic for people using a common name as a username. So, `track @john` will alert @john every time the name John is mentioned. Prolly not what @john wants.

Aside from "track"ing my username (as thomashan suggests above), I also use Terraminds Search and Tweetscan to find 'mentions' 8-)

hi Jamie,
Are you familiar with the "track" feature? You have to first setup your device (either IM or SMS), login and go to http://twitter.com/devices.
Then you simply send Twitter something like "track @username" and then anytime it matches that, it'll notify you.
This thread has a good list of all keywords

Hope this helps,
