According to our records your purchase was made back in December 2008.
We certainly offer a 365 days full refund guarantee, and we are willing to send your money back, but unfortunately our payments provider Authorze.net does not allow us to make refunds directly back to the credit card in orders that are older than 120 days, which is your case.
We are looking for options in the future to be able to issue refunds in a more convenient way, but at this moment the only way we have to manage this is by using PayPal.
PayPal is the safest and easiest way to shop in Internet, and is becoming more popular all around the world.
So, we will issue a refund since you are in the 365 days window period to ask for it, but currently we will have to do it through PayPal, as we have done with other customers before.

You can always ask for a refund from our team by sending an email and within 48 hours you will get a reply.
I searched in our records, and you made a request for the refund just 8 hours ago to support@quantumjumping.com
Also I confirm that you already had received a refund already (PayPal transaction: 0PC437022K927463N )
In any case, as we state in our guarantee, you just need to contact us in our support email and you will get a reply, but we just ask for your patience in the reply which we do our best to keep within 48 hours during week days.

In your case you were not charged 3 times for the purchase of AdWords System Exposed.
When you purchased this program, you were presented with the offer of 2 more programs for also $97 and you added them to your purchase:

There isn't a problem with WordButler itself.
The problem that you were facing with the tool, is that if you try to download the file wordbutler.air with IE7 then the file extension for this files gets changed to .zip
This is a problem with IE7 and the webserver configuration. Other websites have had similar problems with IE7 and Adobe Air files, you can see this for example: http://www.psyked.co.uk/adobe/apollo/...
A simple solution is just to either rename the .zip file to .air or then to try to download the file again from another browser like Mozilla Firefox
