Hello. Please considering sending an email to support AT twitter DOT com (if you haven't done so yet).
When Twitter's support system receives your email, it will create a support ticket and assign it a ticket number. The system will automatically generate a confirmation email that is sent to you (usually within minutes of you sending your email). The confirmation email from Twitter will have the ticket number and a link that you can click to view the ticket online.
Oh, and please include your username in your email since Twitter Support will need to know that to look into your problem. – mdy, on September 06, 2008 04:38

So far, the mac and gmail work very good and the only problem I'm having is that I don't see any contact coming over to highrise. What do I need to do so that my gmail & mac contacts (currently the same as they synched beautifully) appear in highrise as well?
