I have the exact problem as you all have spoken of and I've deleted files and all. I have a 4g memory card and not that much stored on the phone the only temporary solution I've found is to reset the entire unit by taking out the battery and sim card about 5 mins and it runs great for about a week then...voila it all disappears again.
