Carri replied on November 25, 2009 20:50 to the question "Can we make code modifications?" in IZEA:
Hi Chris,
Although you do have to use the video or jpg code provided in order for the post to submit to our system, once you get it submitted, you are welcome to manipulate your code to make it prettier on your blog.
The advertiser is not likely to check the code as long as the video plays as it should or the picture is what they expect.

The verbiage on the homepage is informational. As long as you met the conditions, you will be included in relevant campaigns that are created through our system.
If you click on the referral bade at the right of your account, you can also access you personal account page which contains a link you can use to promote your Sponsored Tweets account whether you have met our system conditions or not.

Carri replied on November 25, 2009 15:04 to the question "Blog and blogger I made offer to do not match" in IZEA:
Good Morning!
I am not really sure what you mean by "I do not see that blog invite in my make offers list," but here is some general information as to how the system works.
When you create an Opportunity, you are shown the matches generated by the system. After you make an offer to a blogger, these bloggers will no longer appear on your match list, but move to the pending column that appears to the right of the Opp title in your account.
Clicking on the pending number will show you all of the offers that you have made.
When those bloggers submit a post to your opportunity, this will leave the pending column and show up in the review column at the left of your opportunity title. Clicking on this number will allow you to review the submittted posts. Once posts have been reviewed and approved, they will move to the taken column to the far right of the Opp title.
Declined or expired offers will no longer appear in any column.
If this does not answer all of your questions or you are still having trouble, please b sure to provide us more detailed explanations or include screenshots and we would be happy to look into this further..
All the Best,
Carri

Carri replied on November 25, 2009 14:34 to the question "You didn't include the link" in IZEA:
Hi Ruth,
When you attempt to submit a post to us, our system goes out to check that the required link is present in your post exactly as specified in the opportunity, character for character, space for space.
In taking a look at the specific post you linked above, I see that you added a period as part of the anchor text which is likely what is hindering submission.

Carri

Carri replied on November 24, 2009 22:05 to the question "Can I Delete Duplicate Opportunities (as an advertiser)?" in IZEA:
You can actually yank the opportunity by clicking the red 'x' next to the title of the one you want to stop.
This will cancel all the pending offers and automatically approve all of the posts that have already been submitted.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our Account Management Team directly by email at accountmgmt[at]izea[dot]com.

A comment on the question ""Sorry, but your account has been locked"" in IZEA:
Hi Arhan,
I took a look at your Twitter stream today and see that it is comprised of all ads and affiliate links. This is why your account was locked. – Carri, on November 24, 2009 15:41
A comment on the question "Complete failure - "Tweet as I approve tweets"" in IZEA:
In order to be shown to advertisers, you Twitter account must be at least 120 days old and you must have a minimum of 200 followers.
If you feel that you have met both of these conditions, please provide me your Twitter name and we will take a look.

A comment on the question "Blogs Real Rank?" in IZEA:
Absolutely!
While rankings are pulled daily, the number you see is actually a 7 day rolling average, so once you start reporting, it will take about a week for this to stabilize.

A comment on the question "Advertiser looking to give you money!" in IZEA:
Hi Wristeria,
We do send out a daily email when you have new leads in your account. If you are not receiving these, please be sure to check your account to make sure that your email address is entered and correct.
You may also want to check your Spam filters and whitelist our address if need be.

Carri replied on November 24, 2009 15:19 to the question "The lead tab is not functioning for my account" in IZEA:
Hi Guys,
We *think* we found the cause of this.
As it turns out, if a blogger didn't qualify for an opp when the advertiser pressed the 'generate leads' button then they modified their blog (or added a new blog) between that time and when we send out the emails they would get a 'qualified' email, but the opp wouldn't show in their account.
We deployed a fix for this issue yesterday afternoon.
In addition, Opps. that are yanked after leads are generated will result in an email, with no matching lead in your account.
So, while we will not be able to completely stop this from happening, we have hopefully minimized it and perhaps we can add some sort of messaging under the leads tab letting users now when an Opp has been yanked.*
All the Best,
Carri
*please note that this is just off the top of my head and I have no idea if this is feasible developmentally, but I'll find out. :)
Carri replied on November 24, 2009 15:07 to the question "Turnaround Time ?" in IZEA:
Hi joshashwini,
Once you have made an offer to a blogger, they will have three days in which to submit their post to the system. After three days, if no action is taken on the part of the blogger, the offer will cancel.
You will be notified by email when an offer is submitted or manually declined.
All the Best,
Carri

To change your account settings, log in to your Sponsored Tweets account and click the 'my account' tab at the top right.
From here, all you need to do is use the dropdown to change your preferences and then click update.

Please make sure that your email address has been added to your account if you wish to receive notices to it in the future.
