Hi Robert,

You can unfollow a person with one click directly from any stream. Simply hover over their avatar, and a black box will appear with buttons saying "Unfollow" and "View Profile." Click "Unfollow" and you will instantly unfollow that person.

Because you are using two different emails to log into your networks, unfortunately you won't see the bar that I had mentioned. Right now we do support multiple network membership using the same email address for login. However, with different email addresses, the networks are not connected in any way.

You can close your own user account by clicking on "Settings" in the right hand navigation bar (under your photo).

If you would like to shut down your entire company network, please email me at carrie@socialcast.com as well as the name of your network and the email address you used to sign up. If you are an authorized admin or business owner, we can close the network for you.

We fixed an issue where keywords and terms in Private groups were not appearing in search results. Now, you should be able to find them if you are a member of the private group. We believe that this should have fixed the issue - but we look forward to your feedback.

This is very interesting and a great thought. While we don't have this right now, I definitely see how this would be helpful. I will bring it up to our team for review.

In the meantime, if you're able to delete messages and then copy them into a private group, that might help. It would be a manual process, but if there are only a few, it is a viable solution.

If you'd like to email me more information, I'd be happy to take a look.

We allow each user to control his or her settings for emails individually as this offers our clients the most flexibility. Right now, we don't offer the ability to customize these emails, but we will definitely consider that you brought this idea to our attention.

Socialcast actually does integrate with Google Reader.

In your stream, in the right hand navigation bar under your photo, click on "Import Site." You will see a Google Reader icon - click on that and follow the instructions to integrate Google Reader with Socialcast.

Hi Khuram and Ahmed,

Socialcast was designed so that all members can see the main news feed. Private groups may be set up so that messages posted to these groups remain confidential; non members of the group cannot see them. However, we do not support users who are members of only certain groups and not the main news feed. You can invite contractors, customers or advisors to your Socialcast network even when they're at another email domain, but they will have access to all main areas.
