Cassie England replied on December 03, 2009 18:20 to the problem "One selection, not sixteen" in B-Side Entertainment:
Just an update that we are now offering a solution to our Festival Genius partners that integrates ticketing into the B-Side schedule. This ticketing solution, powered by our partnership with TicketLeap, allows festival-goers to use a single account to create their personal schedule and purchase tickets. Adding tickets to one's cart adds them to the user's personal schedule as well.
We're excited to offer this more robust integration as an option for the festivals we work with, and hope it will make their festival-goers experience online more seamless and intuitive.

Cassie England replied on October 31, 2009 23:52 to the question "Why doesn't the image preview show up right" in B-Side Entertainment:
That usually occurs when you don't drag the cropping box out to select more of the image. Can you confirm you've expanded the crop box to encompass the full image?
Also, it is important to note that the cropping tool is locked in a 16:9 aspect ratio, and poster oriented images are not recommended for uploading.
If you tell me the festival your film is screening at, and the title of the film, I can check on the image for you.
Thanks!
Cassie

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately I was mistaken - we do not have screening rights for any of the films outside North America. However if you'd like to host a screening of Still Bill you can contact director/producer Alex Vlack at alex@latenightanweekends.com. Thanks so much for your interest in the film!

Cassie England replied on October 06, 2009 16:47 to the question "i accidentally opted out my email address, how can i undo this?" in B-Side Entertainment:
Our records show your account is subscribed normally, and you should be receiving those emails. Is your friend still unable to send them to you?
If so, can you please tell me which film festival & films your friend is trying to share with you, and the email address she is trying to send to (your email address)?
Thanks!

Hi kinolover!
Yes, you can view a list of all registered B-Side members who are attending PTFF on this page:

I hope this helps - please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks!

Cassie England replied on September 18, 2009 01:31 to the question "Building buzz question" in B-Side Entertainment:
No, you don't need to be a registered user. Anyone who views a page will be counted in the buzz. However it is important to note that only unique visitors will be counted, meaning people who visit from different IP addresses. If multiple people visit the page from one computer or internet account, that will only be counted as one view.
I hope this answers your question - please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Thanks,
Cassie

Cassie England replied on September 08, 2009 02:13 to the idea "iPhone B-Side app. needed!" in B-Side Entertainment:
Thanks for your idea! We don't currently have an iPhone app in development, however all of our sites are designed to be mobile-ready. If you navigate to the festival schedule from your iPhone (or any device with mobile browsing capabilities), you will see a mobile-optimized version of the site that will allow you to view your schedule, view the full schedule, add movies to your calendar, rate & review films & even view trailers.
It's worth noting that you can also download your schedule in an ICS file (click download schedule on the schedule page), and sync it with the iCal app on your phone and/or computer.
