Thanks for reporting this issue! PrintWhatYouLike was including the URI fragment ('#5' at the end of the URL) when it was sending the request for the page, and the server responded with a error saying it was a bad request. According to W3C standards, URI fragments should be interpreted on the client side, so PrintWhatYouLike is no longer sending the URI fragment when it requests the page from the server. I released the fix for this issue, and the page should work for you now.

Thanks for sending the links that were causing the problem! I was able to duplicate the problem you are having. I am working on debugging the problem.
In the meantime, I was still able to add additional pages. The 'Add' button is missing replaced by the loading animation, so you can't click on it to add another page. However, if you enter another URL and then press the Enter key, PrintWhatYouLike will still add an additional page. You can close the Add Page form by clicking on the X in the top righthand corner if you want to continue editing the page.
