Cat's dashboard

The image is jpg, 72dpi, RGB - just like the Pitch Engine prompt requires. And I used a web-friendly name, ie, post_this_picture. It still said I had the wrong format. Dave Simon, Pitch Engine staffer, uploaded it fine. So I tried another image, same criteria. No go.
