Which plan level needed to remove topics?

What plan level do I need in order to be able to remove topics? It looks like only the Manage, Integrate and Customize plans allow this feature. I'm concerned about spammers and which product I need in order to keep this under control. Thank you.

Can I search the blog text (as well as the comments)?

I see that I can search through comments to a blog post, which is great, but is there any way to also search for text in the blog post itself? For example, a blog might be discussing topic xyz, but unless xyz is mentioned in a comment, I won't find it. Thank you.
