Thanks for the suggestion. I've added it to this Issue:

A comment on the idea "MSI Installation Files" in Pandion:
Hello CNenad. I'm not very familiar with GPO deployments but you should be able to define the ALLUSERS property by defining the package as per-machine or per-user. Alternatively you may be able to edit the MSI or create an MST transformation using a freeware utility like Microsoft Orca. – Sebastiaan Deckers, on November 07, 2009 14:06

This problem should now be fixed since Pandion 2.6.45 (development).
Please download the latest build and give it a try:

Thank you for reporting this issue. I can't seem to reproduce the problem on XP or 7, but don't have a Vista VM for testing right now. Have you verified this on any other machines? Did you make any modifications to Pandion? Is there any utility running which might interfere with the standard taskbar/desktop/window management?
Sebastiaan Deckers replied on November 03, 2009 12:34 to the question "DHCP clients as Pandion users" in Pandion:
If I remember correctly the HTTP CONNECT method, as implemented in Pandion 2.5, was never widely supported by XMPP servers. These days most servers implement BOSH or work with a BOSH-XMPP frontend like Punjab.
Sebastiaan Deckers replied on November 03, 2009 12:09 to the question "DHCP clients as Pandion users" in Pandion:
Unfortunately the method of proxy support implemented by Pandion 2.5 is not supported by Openfire or most other XMPP servers these days. That's why it has been removed from Pandion 2.6.x and instead we will be implementing BOSH at some later time.
You will have to set Pandion to connect without any proxy server.

You are running IE6, correct?

You're right, there's some ambiguity in that label. I tried to mimic the update pattern Firefox uses. Though lately I noticed that Firefox doesn't even pop up a dialog anymore. It simply pushes the download and deploys it on next restart without confirming. (If only MS would do this with IE6. Sigh.)

Sebastiaan Deckers replied on November 02, 2009 12:43 to the question "Using Pandion with existing Openfire server?" in Pandion:
Nejmann, I understand this problem may be frustrating. If you give me remote access to the server via VPN or something I can help you solve the problem. Right now, based on the XML logs above, it does not look like any bug in Pandion. That leads me to conclude there is a configuration problem on the Openfire side.
