I have solved it now by looking at the log file and removing a problematic RSS bookmark in safari

Hi max. Thanks for the reply.
While the better divider character is one thing, the blank favicon is also key because that removes the divider icons too, not just the dashes. However you can only do that with an actual site.
It works with FF too so I am using it for dividers generally. But it would be nice if xmarks could do it automatically.
ccbc shared an idea in Xmarks on October 05, 2009 11:45:
Dividers / separators in SafariI have a suggestion for fixing the ugly divider / separator lines in Safari: Why not use a special xmarks webpage with a blank favicon and special title?
For example, try bookmarking this page in your Safari bookmarks instead of using separator:
<http://www.naturalsetting.co.uk/xmark...>
Xmarks could deal with this automatically during the sync.
Much cleaner than the ugly dashes...

Which is best support@widgetbox.com or Get SatisfactionI sent an email to support@widgetbox.com a few days ago (Request 859 Submitted Feb 14 02:41). I was very encouraged that the problem had been assigned to Patrick Collins.
However, nothing has happened yet so I am wondering whether this may be the best place to come.
The problem is my fault, of course. I got a bit carried away experimenting when I was signing up - so easy to do on your amazing site!
Anyway, I hope to hear from Patrick soon or I can post my request here if that would be preferred.
Many thanks

Thanks for the super swift reply!! I see the problem.
If it helps I would be happy having to put angle brackets or something either side of a URL to ensure that the whole of it gets included in the link. For example:

Setting image description to forum post URL excludes part of URL from linkExample:
http://skitch.com/ccbc/bnder/gbp-usd-...
When I paste the link to the forum post where an image is used into the description box and save it everything after the first colon gets excluded from the link.
Maybe there is a way to stop this happening?-

ExpanDrive for Mac - Eject All doesn't seem to workI currently have three ssh hosts that I connect to using ExpanDrive for Mac. When all three drives are connected and I eject one a dialog pops up saying there are 2 other volumes with two buttons Eject All and Eject to choose between. Eject does what I expect but Eject All does not - it doesn't eject the other drives. Is this a bug?
