It appears to happen on both your site, and embedded on ours.

I've had two of our blog readers report the audio on this slidecast sounded like chipmunks. One used Firefox, the other IE, both on PCs, so far as I can tell. I cannot reproduce the issue on my Mac with Safari 3 nor FF. No problems on IE7/XP either.

No we have not withdrawn support to IE6; IE6 is used by almost 50% of our users, so there is no question of withdrawing that...
I'm actually not sure what the problem might be... this is very strange... we've never encountered this.
Can you create a new account on slideshare, upload slideshows, syn it, view it on IE6 etc . Does it work?
