http://gowalla.com/spots/22322 was marked in the wrong area. Can you delete it? It might be a good idea to add a "Mark for deletion" button - with a textarea to explain why it needs to be deleted - on the website and in-app... It wouldn't need to delete that spot right away, simply notify you guys that something's wrong with the spot.

I have an iPhone 3G so this doesn't apply to me, but it would certainly help me "sell" Gowalla to my friends that are using smartphones, Android-based phones, etc.

When checking in at a pizza place, a Pizza icon should be used rather than a generic food icon.

Featured spot ideas in Augusta GA

James Brown Statue and The Haunted Pillar. Both are located downtown. Since James Brown's death, we've had lots of visitors come downtown just to see his statue on Broad Street.

The Haunted Pillar seems appropriate with Halloween coming up. I was thinking you could have some "Spooky" featured spots in October. "According to local legend an attempt to move, destroy the pillar, or even touch it will result in death."

I recently started having this same issue. None of my tweets show up on http://search.twitter.com and I'm (somewhat) relieved that it appears to be part of a larger problem.
