It's making you download it because it's non-themed, whereas only the themed is currently available for single-player.

Don't know about the kicking you out... has it happened more than once? If it only happened once, I bet it was random and unconnected to the song *shrug*

Could be a temporary server glitch or a bad wifi connection.
Definitely try deleting the downloaded songs and redownload them when you have a strong connection.

All else fails, delete the app and redownload.

Go to itunes, and there's something labeled "restore from backup"... I believe you can find it by right-clicking on your device in that left section of itunes.
This is assuming you still have the backup... I discovered my itunes was just overwriting every time, and I accidentally let it make a backup of my device with a corrupted TTR2 and couldn't get them back no matter what I did.

Yeah, everybody always gets that messed up. For a long time, it was TTR 2.1.1 with OS 2.2.1... people would always (and obviously still do) mix the two numbers up. – Ceegers, on September 18, 2009 19:56

I have tried it before... successfully lol...

lol, j/k, I notice what's there, and often end up showing other people how horribly misspelled some of them are :P (find your true "hogsworth" calling, eh?)

and yes, some of the ads are not G-rated...
on the other hand, neither are many of the songs...
on the other hand, you can choose what songs you get, you can't choose what ads you get...
on the other hand, fiddler on the roof is not connected at all to tapulous, so I have no clue why I'm doing this...
