Account @choicetweets is selling t-shirts with users' tweets without an opt-in process (evidence: http://choicetweets.com/blog/2008/09/...). This is in flagrant violation of US intellectual property law. This clearly violates the #5 and #10 terms in Twitter's Terms of Service at http://twitter.com/tos. ChoiceTweets current opt-out process does NOT cut it.

Easily resolved - only count blocks from people the account has followed, and combine it with the folllowing-to-followers ratio for extra verification.

I'd like to see this coupled with the follower-following ratio as a metric.

I've gotten so many invites from people with 3000+ following and like 90 followers. Clearly spam.
